I do not know. I like the phrase “consider the source”. Who indeed knows anything about the source of some of these documentaries and movies. Some can only speculate. In my case I am always looking for the usual suspects. Documentaries on the History channel that bring doubt about Jesus ever being or bringing it to mere simple explanation. Then the big rise to the evangelical force in the documentary. Framed as they are something to be reckoned with. Strong believers. With a suggestion that they are strong supporters of Israel in some way. Another words the discounting of God then the evangelical test they must all rise to. Nothing but propaganda with a twist.

They want true believers. They want true believers to believe in the fundamentals of the evangelical community the Darbyism and Scoefieldism that the very discounters of Jesus have been a part of and financed since the middle 1800s. See it goes back and forth. Evangelical fervor based on false prophecy (Woe to you when they praise your name they treated the false prophets the same way). This might include John Hagee meeting with the Prime Minister of Israel over 22 times and his tree on the avenue of the righteous. Not to mention conduit funding by sources like Friends of Israel. Also Christians and Jews together. Being an Observer of the times is strictly forbidden by the bible. Something they do not fear participating in. Not to mention the blatant merchandising of Christians.

Do what they want and they love you. Tell the truth and your persecuted is what it boils down to.
